Black and White Emotions – World Mental Health Day

I am down with a wicked migraine today.  I wanted to create something special for, World Mental Health Day; but it was not to be. Instead, i am sharing the first video i ever created; back in 2009, Black and White Emotions.  Bits and pieces of my internal landscape that touches on what it’s like to live with mental illness.

I am finally on Word Press and have so much to learn!  This blog will feature my internal landscapes in the form of my writing, art and self-portraits. By sharing the tragedy and triumph of being a survivor, of being someone living with chronic pain and mental illness.  I also explore sensuality and spirituality.  As an artist, i want to become a connecting thread in the universal fabric we share.  Creativity is my one saving grace.  It has seen me through some pretty dark chapters in my life.  I invite you to share this journey with me.

If you would like to experience my vast gallery of artwork and personal writings, you can do so, via:

In the interim, i am sending abundant love and light to my new Word Press family 🙂
